1: Real-name registration is required:

Except for micro drones, all drones need to be registered, and the post-registration mark is marked on the drone. The information of real-name authentication shall be shared with the flight management department and the public security department.

Two: Familiar with the rules of flight:

Light drones do not need a flight license for the time being, but they must understand and master the corresponding risks brought by drones, must abide by the flight rules, and be familiar with the operating procedures of drones. Light UAVs that have reliable monitoring capabilities, airspace maintenance capabilities, and are always flying within the crew's visual line of sight do not need to apply for a flight plan within the designated allowed flight airspace. If there are other circumstances, you must apply for a flight plan in accordance with the regulations.

Three: Height limit flight:

In addition to the flight control department in important areas other than important targets and government agencies, the height of the flight should not exceed 120 meters in densely populated areas such as airports, stations, and squares.

Four: Prohibition of driving at night

In principle, drones cannot travel at night. Drones are not allowed to carry contraband, dangerous goods and other unapproved items, nor are they allowed to throw items or spray liquids on the ground. Drones are prohibited from flying on moving vehicles or aircraft.
